Get in Touch With Us
Need to contact NFL Sportsbooks? This page explains what our editorial team can help with, what to include in a message, and when you should go straight to a sportsbook instead. We are an independent comparison site, not a betting operator, so we cannot see or change anyone's account.
Disclosure: NFL Sportsbooks may earn a commission when readers sign up with a sportsbook we feature. Commission does not decide rankings, and it does not affect how we answer your message.
What we can help with
Our team reviews the sportsbooks and guides published on sweetandspark.com. Write to us about any of the following:
- Corrections: a bonus figure, rollover condition, payment method or feature that looks out of date. Tell us the page, the sportsbook and where you saw the newer information. Our figures were last verified on Sep 29, 2026, and sportsbook terms change often.
- Questions about our reviews: why a sportsbook sits where it does, or how we weigh NFL odds, market depth, promotions, payout speed and security. Our ratings are editorial assessments, not customer-review scores.
- Feedback and topic requests: for example, a guide on player props, same-game parlays or Super Bowl futures.
- Business or editorial enquiries: tell us who you are and what you have in mind. Partnerships cannot buy a higher position.
- Responsible gambling concerns: we will point you toward support resources, and you can find some below.
What we cannot do
We do not hold your money or run betting accounts. For the issues below, contact the sportsbook's own support team first:
- Bonus credits that did not arrive, or questions about rollover and wagering requirements.
- Deposits, withdrawals, payout limits and identity verification (KYC) requests.
- Account restrictions, closures and login problems.
- Bet settlement disputes, including odds, props and live bets.
We cannot resolve disputes on a sportsbook's behalf, and we cannot promise a payout or a refund. Keep screenshots, dates and transaction references. Some sites we cover are offshore, and US state consumer protections may not apply to them. That can make disputes harder to resolve, so read the terms before you deposit.
How to write a message we can act on
- Give your message a clear subject, such as "Correction: bonus terms" or "Question about a ranking".
- Name the page and the sportsbook you mean.
- Describe what looks wrong or what you would like to know, in a sentence or two.
- Include a link or screenshot of the source if you are reporting a change.
- Leave out passwords, full card numbers and other sensitive details. We never need them.
What happens next
A member of our team reads each message. Corrections are checked against the sportsbook's published terms before we change a page. We may not be able to answer every general query individually, and we do not give personal betting advice or picks. Nothing we publish is a guarantee of winning.
Where to find answers before you write
Many questions are covered in our guides. Each review sets out the welcome offer alongside its conditions, so check the rollover terms before you compare bonus sizes. If you want to see how we assess sites, our methodology explains the factors we look at. Our site also has a separate guide on trusted non GamStop casinos, which is aimed at a different market and topic than NFL betting.
Betting responsibly and getting help
You must be of legal age in your location to bet. That is 21 in most US states and 18 in some. Only stake money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. Betting is not a source of income.
If gambling is causing you harm, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) or visit ncpgambling.org. Help is free and confidential.
Legal and tax questions
Sports betting rules differ by state, and we cannot give legal or tax advice. If you are unsure whether a site is available or how winnings are taxed where you live, consult a qualified professional or your state gaming regulator.
